At Miller & Rose London, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns can only be requested after the product has been physically delivered to you.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs charges, or import duties.
- Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- With all original tags and labels attached
- Trying on items is permitted, but products may not show signs of wear or use.
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items are not accepted as part of our policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:
Step 1 — Contact Us
Send your return request to:
within 14 days of receiving your order.
Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive the return address of our international supplier warehouse.
Step 3 — Ship the Item Back
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. This includes:
- Shipping costs
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Any additional carrier charges
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (Track & Trace), as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Liability & Delivery Responsibility
- Miller & Rose London is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.
